The project is a joint initiative between the NART and organizations from Bulgaria, Spain, the Netherlands, Slovenia and Turkey, co-funded by Erasmus + Programme. Youth workers will be trained within the project, which will in turn help young people at risk to improve their chances of professional realization by developing their entrepreneurial skills through better self-knowledge and confidence in their own abilities.

The project includes the development of evaluation methodology and training methodology for youth workers to enable them to adequately identify
the needs of young people and to provide entrepreneurship training and effective self-assessment to at-risk youth groups.

The envisaged impact on young people includs increased opportunities for making a free and informed choice for their potential career/personal development and take the appropriate actions through applying the skills and competencies; increased chance for employability by applying the self-awareness, self-belief, entrepreneurial competences and other learning outcomes; increased opportunities for having active participation in society by applying the communication skills, intercultural and self-awareness skills.

The evaluation methodology for identifying youth  at risk presents methods and tools for identifying and assessing the training needs of young people at risk of social exclusion. It answers the question of when is the most appropriate time to assess the needs. It outlines successive steps in the evaluation process and specific assessment methods to be applied in different situations with youth groups at risk of social exclusion. 

The training methodology provides youth workers or all professionals working with young people at risk with the necessary training tools and state-of-the-art knowledge base that enables them to structure their self-awareness and entrepreneurship training with youth at risk.
