Objectives:

- Support young people with challenging behavior in their societal inclusion;

- Improve the capacity of youth workers and educators to support young people with challenging behaviors, strengthentheir self-esteem, build resilience skills and manage stress in stressful situation;

- Sensitize youth workers for the causes, manifestations and interventions in cases of challenging behavior;

- Create narration storytelling tools and a tool with body-mind relaxation techniques

Activities:

-Direct involvement of the target group in order to identify the approach they need to be developed; -Involvement of youthworkers in order to evaluate the effectiveness of the support measures;

-Collecting and sharing best practices of organizations working with young people with challenging behavior;

-Creating a narration storytelling tool and body mind techniques;

-Creation of training methodology and training curricula, piloting and validation.
